The Role This is a senior, hands-on role combining human resources leadership with office management oversight. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations while overseeing a small administrative team of three staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping people practices, ensuring compliance, supporting leadership, and maintaining efficient office operations working out of the company’s Strathmore office. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a broad scope of responsibility, values collaboration, and takes pride in building strong, well-supported teams.
