**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruiting, onboarding, training & development, and employee relations.
- Manage talent acquisition processes to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection and analysis.
- Develop and manage HR programs that enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive process improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Manage payroll processes using systems like ADP or Kronos to ensure accurate compensation for employees.
- Prepare presentations for senior management on HR-related topics, including budget planning and program effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing HR functions within a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills for informed decision-making regarding HR policies and practices.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $56,329.50-$76,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 per week

**Experience**:

- Human resources management: 4 years (preferred)
