We are hiring for a position with our client, a financial services provider.

Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)


The Contracts administrator is accountable for contracting, licensing and transfers of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests within multiple systems

• Review licensing in line with advisor contracting and provincial requirements

• Complete research and movement of business between advisors

• Handle ongoing administrative maintenance for advisors contracted with the company.

• Ensure processes being followed are in line with company policies as well as compliance and regulatory requirements

• Strong Bilingual oral and written communication skills are required to communicate with internal and external partners

• Ability to work effectively under pressure handling high volumes and meet expected SLAs

• Organizational and priority management skills with strong attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

• Collaborate and be supportive in a team environment with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with complex Distribution systems (or an aptitude to learn new software)

• Experience with Excel

Additional Skills/knowledge

• Knowledge of license requirements in all provinces
