Overview Account Executive, Femtech – Building Teams Powering the Future of Women’s Health About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing Femtech organisation with an inclusive and mission-driven approach. They partner with leading employers and health plans to make meaningful, evidence-based care more accessible for all. The Role The company is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to lead new business growth across Canada. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, building trusted relationships, and closing new business within the employer and health benefits ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in competitive environments, excels at understanding complex digital health solutions, and communicates with clarity and influence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global Femtech leader shaping the future. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Serve as a trusted consultant and advisor to prospective clients, uncovering needs and aligning tailored solutions. Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and compelling presentations for employer and consultant audiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success. Act as the voice of the market, sharing customer insights to help shape product development and strategy. Clearly articulate the company’s unique value proposition and demonstrate measurable business impact. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation (Salesforce preferred). Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience selling into mid-to-large enterprises within the employer health benefits or digital health space. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals. Experience collaborating with benefits consultants or brokers supporting employer evaluations. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
