Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) Canon USA, a leader in print technology, solutions, and services, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive sales of world‑class hardware and software technology solutions to a dedicated marketplace. This role supports the Future of Work initiative and requires residency within commuting distance of the Ontario, CA office. Key Responsibilities Master core capabilities of Canon and third‑party products, promoting benefits to current and prospective customers to achieve sales results and revenue goals. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client and prospect accounts. Engage assigned account base through direct calls, email campaigns, and social media to develop sales opportunities and establish engagement. Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, leading strategic conversations with business owners and executives to identify customer requirements and competitive trends. Develop strategic plans for optimal customer experience, addressing short‑term and long‑term needs to generate new revenue streams. Collaborate with technology subject‑matter experts to enrich knowledge, facilitate wins, and achieve customer success. Build high‑level relationships within the customer base to enhance long‑term viability and account penetration. About You Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred) plus at least three years of B2B sales or customer‑facing experience. Passion and aptitude for learning new technology and services in a rapidly evolving industry. Track record of persuading others to adopt innovative solutions. Strong communication skills focused on building relationships. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel occasionally within the local market. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $50,000‑$63,160 annually. Eligibility for incentive compensation with an anticipated incentive of $62,869 annually at 100% of plan. Additional transportation allowance available.
