Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between executives and both internal and external clients
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence routing
  • Address requests and inquiries with discretion
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments while offering reminders
  • Coordinate travel logistics
  • Transcribe dictations and meeting minutes, ensuring accurate data entry
  • Oversee office supplies and seek cost-effective deals from suppliers
  • Create reports, presentations, and briefings
  • Establish and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system


Qualifications

  • Experience in Office Administrative, managing Expense Reports, and providing Executive Support
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in general Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
