- Data Entry to various google docs & spreadsheets including but not limited to; daily employee production summary, company and customer google docs, Employee Dashboard, skills matrix, weekly employee schedule, counting and recording inventory
- Shipping and receiving - print packing slips, scheduling trucks, customer portal scheduling
- Employee Relation - answering employee inquires, assisting with employees with online services, filing employee documents, and invoices, assisting with phone screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, etc.
- Attended conference calls and meetings with internal teams, customer and corporates office as required.
- Other duties may be assigned as required

Computer skills considered an asset - experience with google docs and sheets are preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
