Le candidat idéal aura une expérience démontrée de collaboration avec des architectes et des designers. Les candidats ayant une expérience en vente dans ces secteurs seront fortement considérés pour ce poste.

Notre client offre un package de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux compétitif, ainsi qu'un environnement de travail convivial et familial. Ils sont engagés envers un service de qualité supérieure et l'excellence opérationnelle. Cette opportunité est en télétravail, mais nécessitera une présence importante sur l'île de Montréal 4 jours par semaine, ainsi que quelques déplacements annuels dans les autres provinces.


En tant que Représentant des Ventes, vous fournirez un service de premier ordre à leurs clients, comprenant des fabricants de meubles, des designers, des sociétés d'achat, et des utilisateurs finaux. Vous utiliserez votre expertise du secteur pour introduire de nouveaux produits, rester informé des innovations technologiques et exceller dans le processus de spécification. Votre objectif est de générer des ventes rentables conformément à notre plan stratégique tout en respectant les directives budgétaires propres à votre territoire.


Responsabilités Principales :

  • Développer et gérer une base de comptes
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente
  • Utiliser les indicateurs du tableau de bord pour gérer efficacement votre territoire
  • Planifier et effectuer les rendez-vous, y compris les déplacements nécessaires
  • Assister aux formations requises (au moins 2 par an)
  • Se tenir informé des nouveaux produits, développer des présentations créatives et compléter les quiz produits
  • Participer aux activités de construction de marque, y compris l'engagement dans le secteur (IDC/NEWH), les alliances de partenariat et la participation à des groupes de prospects
  • Maintenir des informations précises sur les comptes clients, y compris le suivi des changements de personnel
  • Répondre rapidement aux messages vocaux et aux courriels des clients
  • Mettre en œuvre des techniques de vente suggestive
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients potentiels et existants


Qualifications :

  • Diplôme de Bachelor
  • 2-3 ans d'expérience dans le marché contractuel/commercial
  • Expérience dans la vente de textiles contractuels ou de ventes chez un revendeur fortement souhaitée
  • Excellentes compétences en présentation requises
  • Maîtrise de l’informatique indispensable
  • Résidence à Montréal, Canada requise
