ERP Application Specialist, Dynamics Business Central

Montreal; Hybrid; Bilingual

Le spécialiste des applications ERP est un ajout à notre équipe ERP interna, avec pour objectif de soutenir et d'améliorer perpétuellement notre ERP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, dans l'ensemble de notre groupe d'entreprises.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Réaliser, en tant qu'analyste principal, des projets importants dans les domaines de la finance, de la fabrication et de l'entreposage.
  • Fournir une assistance de niveau 2 et 3 pour les finances, la fabrication, l'entreposage et le contrôle d'accès.
  • Former les utilisateurs
  • Examiner les processus des systèmes et améliorer les processus opérationnels.
  • Collaborer avec l'analyste commercial pour mieux documenter les processus des systèmes et identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des processus.

EXIGENCES

  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience sur Dynamics NAV ou Dynamics Business Central
  • Expérience de toutes les configurations.
  • Avoir mené à bien au moins un projet de fabrication en tant qu'analyste principal.
  • Avoir mené à bien au moins un projet pour une multinationale.
  • L'expérience de l'assistance en direct et des projets est importante.
  • Un diplôme en commerce, en informatique ou en ingénierie dans un domaine connexe est requis.
  • Un diplôme en commerce, en informatique ou en ingénierie dans un domaine connexe est requis. - MB-800 est un atout.
  • Capacité avérée à prendre des initiatives et à faire preuve d'innovation.
  • Le bilinguisme est requis car ce poste exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.

ERP Application Specialist-Dynamics Business Central

JOB SUMMARY

The ERP Application Specialist is an addition to our interna ERP team, with the goal of supporting and improving perpetually our ERP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, across our entire group of companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver major projects of financial, manufacturing and warehousing nature as lead analyst.
  • Execute level 2 and 3 support for finance, manufacturing, warehousing and access control.
  • Train users
  • Review systems process and improve business process.
  • Collaborate with the business analyst to better document systems process and identify opportunities for process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience on Dynamics NAV or Dynamics Business Central
  • Experience with all setups.
  • Have delivered, successfully, at least one manufacturing project as lead analyst.
  • Have delivered, successfully, at least one project for a multinational.
  • Experience with live support and projects is important.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering in a related field is required.
  • MB-800 is a nice to have.
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
  • Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
