About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Specialist to join our team at KPMG-Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization and development of our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our resource planning process and tools, including analyzing the optimization of resources, and scheduling and controlling the bookings for our assurance offices in Quebec.
  • Liaise with the management team to coordinate bookings and optimize our resource management process.
  • Develop and implement a new and innovative resource planning tool to streamline our resource planning across multiple offices.
  • Work closely with our Group Leaders and Business Managers to coordinate sharing of resources between offices and help them analyze their business needs.
  • Update the system when there are new hires and follow-up with People Leaders to assign a Performance Manager and a Coach.
  • Maintain the employee list within the assurance practice, including all levels, and keep track of assurance employees' vacation days and sick leaves.
  • Coordinate study leaves for employees completing their CPA, manage their leave and their return to work.
  • Collaborate with other Resource Planners and support audit partners with administrative tasks as needed.
