In the role of Senior Resource Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing global resource allocation and capacity management to enhance project outcomes. Collaborating closely with HUB PMO Directors and Project Managers, you will address resource conflicts, track project progress, and nurture stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will also include managing resource planning tools, documenting workflows, and delivering insights for process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient resource allocation and capacity management
- Oversee resource planning tools
- Track project workloads and activities
- Resolve resource conflicts
- Forecast resourcing needs based on current and future projects
- Document the resource planning workflow
- Provide metrics and reports for ongoing improvement
- Engage with key stakeholders to address project resourcing requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience in PMO or project management
- Experience managing resources across different geographical locations
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Presentation and training capabilities preferred
- Relevant project/program management certification preferred
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
