Job Title: ERP Administrator

Job Type: Permanent – hybrid, 3 days onsite

Location: Greater Toronto Area


We are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to manage and maintain our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage the daily operations of the ERP system, including installations, upgrades, patches, and backups.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, troubleshoot system issues, and work with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Integration: Ensure ERP systems are integrated with other business applications (CRM, inventory systems, etc.) and maintain data consistency across platforms.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols to protect sensitive information, manage user access controls, and ensure the system complies with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Data Management: Maintain the integrity of data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and customize reports for various departments, providing insights to help guide business decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ERP system updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement system improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP databases and system administration.
  • Experience with SQL and report generation tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus.
