As the Senior Resource Planning Specialist within the IT PMO, you will report directly to the Director of the Office of IT PMO, taking charge of overseeing global resource allocation in alignment with project priorities and capacity.

Resource Allocation:

You will ensure optimal resource distribution and capacity planning based on individual skill sets, past experiences, and availability to enhance project outcomes. Your role will involve monitoring daily project operations, workloads, and associated resource assignments, as well as managing any resource conflicts that may arise. A Bachelor's degree in human resource management, information technology, business administration, or a related field is required, along with approximately 5+ years of experience in PMO or program/project management focused on resource planning.

Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices is essential, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the IT lifecycle encompassing pipeline, resource management, demand, project delivery, and financial aspects.
