Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Toronto, ON, for a Technical Support Engineer. Responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, analyzing and solving technical challenges, and offering exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems and ensure a high level of service delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving software issues. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify and address technical problems effectively. Proficiency with networking and Linux administration. Deep understanding of cloud technologies, containers and micro-services, including AWS, Kubernetes and Docker. Familiarity with video surveillance systems is a strong asset. Technical certifications or relevant educational background in IT, computer systems, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
