Second Level Technical Support – Telecommunications/Network Operations

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications/Network Operations Specialist to provide second level technical support and engineering expertise for complex IP networks. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and diagnose networking issues, design and implement secure/high-availability solutions, and support ongoing operations and projects.
What You'll Do:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem analysis for LAN/WAN/SDWAN networks.
- Support and administer processes to ensure network reliability and security.
- Design and implement fault-tolerant, secure network solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver projects.
- Stay current with emerging telecom and security technologies.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Fortinet, NGFWs.
- Strong expertise in IP networking, routing, switching, and security protocols.
- Experience with VPN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, PKI, NAC (802.1x, radius, TACACS).
- Knowledge of Cisco VoIP, Linux/scripting, cloud (AWS/Azure) is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Vendor certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are an asset.
