An energetic HR Coordinator based in Montreal that is looking for an exciting chance to take on a unique challenge with tremendous opportunity to grow within a thriving organization.


Ideally, you have about 2+ years of experience in HR coordination and someone who is resourceful and takes on accountability.


Is this for you?

We are growing so rapidly, so things are changing quickly, and an in-house presence is required. At this time, we can’t accommodate any “remote” or “hybrid” type of work arrangements. We do have flexibility with working hours, and we are understanding to work things out with your personal/family commitments.


You should be resourceful and an intrapreneur. In other words, you will have the flexibility to execute with autonomy and minimal oversight. You shouldn’t be someone who is afraid to get in the trenches and take ownership and accountability for the responsibilities you are depended on.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support recruitment processes including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and training.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health and dental insurance, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with ad hoc HR projects.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with a HR system and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
