Human Resources Project Coordinator


JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end coordination, planning, and delivery, of one or more HR initiatives, while ensuring that customer expectations regarding approved scope, timeline, and results/qualities of delivery, are met or exceeded. Coordinators must fully comprehend expectations with the introduction of HR initiatives, while seeking ways to collaborate with other HR members and customers to facilitate and enhance the implementation and transition of solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for coordination and completion of large scale and more complex projects

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

• Negotiates changes in scope, budget or calendar with Project Owner and/or management

• Leads and directs the work of others

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

• Provides guidance to other project manager


REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years as Project manager

• 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la coordination, de la planification et de la mise en œuvre de bout en bout d'une ou de plusieurs initiatives en matière de ressources humaines, tout en veillant à ce que les attentes des clients concernant le champ d'application, le calendrier et les résultats/qualités de la mise en œuvre approuvés soient satisfaites, voire dépassées. Les coordonnateurs doivent comprendre parfaitement les attentes liées à l'introduction d'initiatives en matière de ressources humaines, tout en cherchant des moyens de collaborer avec d'autres membres des ressources humaines et avec les clients afin de faciliter et d'améliorer la mise en œuvre et la transition des solutions.


RESPONSABILITÉS

•Responsable de la coordination et de l'achèvement de projets de grande envergure et plus complexes

•Familiarité avec une grande variété de concepts, de pratiques et de procédures dans le domaine

•S'appuie sur une expérience et un jugement étendus pour planifier et atteindre les objectifs

•Négocie les changements de portée, de budget ou de calendrier avec le maître d'ouvrage et/ou la direction

•Dirige et encadre le travail des autres

•Une grande créativité et une grande latitude sont attendues

•Rend généralement compte à un responsable ou au chef d'une unité ou d'un service

EXIGENCES

•10 ans en tant que chef de projet

•5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine ou dans un domaine connexe.

•Le bilinguisme est requis car ce poste nécessite des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.
