About the Role

Beekeepers Naturals is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator for one of the fastest growing better-for-you wellness brands in the CPG space. You will play a crucial part in supporting our Sales department through various administrative tasks and process optimizations. Your responsibilities will include managing customer contracts, providing sales and operational support for all tenets of the sales cycle, from new customer onboarding to PO tracking, and providing support for key internal and customer meetings.


The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the CPG industry. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills are key, along with the ability to translate data into presentation-ready formats. They are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is comfortable taking initiative with minimal direction. Along with this, they should have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide strong administrative support to our Sales department working on customer contracts, new item set up, cost changes, internal/external audit resolution, compliance, reclaim management, etc.
  • Manage new customer onboarding process and materials.
  • Survey current processes and provide optimizations including but not limited to: client kick off calls, work back scheduling, and outbound sales outreach.
  • Assist in the preparation of key internal and customer meetings
  • Lead compilation of sales materials, and price sheets, and publish to Sales department’s online library
  • Enter and assign new inbound Shopify leads into NetSuite and Outreach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate and ensure flawless execution of pricing, promotion, and merchandising plans
  • Support invoicing and payment processing for the team as needed
  • Coordinate shipping and retrieving trade show samples and supplies
  • Create and track all new clients contracts and review client red lines.
  • Initiate new profiles and maintain accurate customer data in Netsuite
  • Oversee and create fields for transaction, customer, and invoice forms in BKN ERP systems.
  • Train field sales on new systems including Netsuite.
  • Develop robust knowledge of customer portals, systems, and resources to support sales and customer support teams
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure samples and products are delivered accurately and on time
  • Work with forecasting team to track monthly shipments by customer by SKU
  • Provide sales and operational support for all tenets of the sales cycle and account management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to analyze inbound and outbound lead acquisition channels to match monthly results against contractual agreements.
  • Support ongoing special project work, and ad hoc requests


Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience is required
  • CPG industry experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience effectively translating data and graphs into presentation-ready formats in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative with minimal direction
  • Extremely well-organized, able to prioritize multiple ongoing tasks
  • Have demonstrated, strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment as this role will require working from home
