**About the day to day**:
- Pre-screen leads and viable leads information with the collective business development team for our Issuing, Acquiring, Digital Enablement services
- Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents (such as due diligence submissions, assessment forms and NDA’s for operational business purposes
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the business development team
- Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
- Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Create reports to share with the executive leadership and senior members of the sales team
**About you / qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience considered an asset
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Comfortable working with all members of the sales team
- Outgoing, confident, and able to resolve any customer issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy
- CRM, Microsoft office suite including Excel, LawVu and other platforms (excel)
- Multi-tasking, fast paced and time management is required
- Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards
- Comfortable attending in person meetings and sales related events
- Detail oriented
