Job Description


Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full-time position. The ideal candidate would be joining the service delivery team and working with small, medium, and national-sized accounts that provide end-to-end payroll solutions for these companies. They should have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces across Canada. They should have their PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvement within payroll. Applicants must have valid Canadian work authorization and currently reside in Canada.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
