As for your mission as a Payroll Specialist, you will have to deliver a payroll that complies with current legislative requirements on a weekly basis to all Cascades business units.
- Deliver a compliant payroll for 500+ people by completing payroll cycle deliverables.
- Meet all legislative requirements for disclosure, tax reporting and source deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, mutual agreements and collective agreements.
- Answer communications regarding payroll from manager and HR
- Maintaining confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards

- You have between 3 and 5 years of experiences in US Payroll
- You have an APA designation for US payroll
- Doing a Pivot table in excel is easy peasy for you
- You have experience with Ultipro, ADP or Ceridian ( an asset, don’t let it stop you from applying)
- You are a team player and quick learner
- Excellent communication skills, tact and politically savvy.
- Ability to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions.
- A constant concern for improving efficiency and service quality.
