Role overview We are seeking a Product Development & Compliance Coordinator who will help keep our products best-in-class and regulation-ready across all markets. In this role, you'll own the documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives for our existing product portfolio. You'll work closely with our regulatory partners, operations teams and our marketing and design teams to ensure every product meets the highest standards. Position Overview Global Regulatory Coordination Maintain and update INCI lists, PIFs, and regulatory documentation across SKUs. Ensure all product claims, labels, and ingredient lists meet requirements in markets including Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Support international distributor requests for product registration or documentation. Product Optimization & Lifecycle Updates Identify and lead improvement projects for formulas (e.g., performance upgrades, fragrance replacements, allergens removal). Coordinate packaging enhancements to improve sustainability, usability, or shelf appeal. Manage change logs and align stakeholders on timelines for implementation. Label & Claims Compliance Review and update packaging and marketing copy to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines. Monitor evolving cosmetic regulations (e.g., EU allergen disclosures, environmental labeling) and advise on necessary updates. Project Coordination & Documentation Maintain and organize compliance documents in collaboration with external regulatory consultants or labs. Collaborate with supply chain, QA, and design on execution of product updates. Support cross-functional teams with accurate product specs and up-to-date records. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience in cosmetic regulatory, quality assurance, or product development. Preferred knowledge of INCI, MSDS, and cosmetic regulations (Canada, US, EU).
