Humanify has been mandated by its client Quincaillerie Richelieu to recruit their future Product Development Technician. Position offered: Product Development Technician We are looking to fill a permanent position of Product Development Technician at our Ville Saint-Laurent offices. Position overview: We are seeking a Product Development Technician dedicated to a career in the hardware industry. Your role will consist of providing product technical support for the Product Management team and assisting the Product Technical Services (PTS) manager in product development projects. The Product Development Technician may also support Conformity Team in processing its product quality issue. You will be responsible to: Support Product Managers on product specifications. Maintain product specifications and technical documents. Assist product managers in processing customer feedback on product performance and study product optimization. Participate product development projects. Support Conformity Team in product quality investigation, risk evaluation, risk containment & corrective action. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (any combination of training and/or experience judged to be equivalent will be considered). A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Great computer skills (Microsoft Office). Proficient with AutoCAD drafting. Bilingual English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Sense of autonomy and drive to achieve goals. Who are we?
