Our portfolio brands are distributed globally with the world’s major retailers, as well as our own Shopify stores and Amazon.

We are seeking a product development manager to execute all stages of product development from ideation to launch. You will liaise with external vendors and CMs, along with cross-functional partners in Brand, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Creative to ensure concepts are clearly communicated and executed to completion. This person will report to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead product development for Zoe Ayla and Sacheu Beauty (Skincare & Beauty Tools), Active Wow (Oral Care).
- Direct formula development and reformulations for calendarized programs, ensuring development meets the brand’s mission and commitments to quality.
- Collaborate with the team to develop disruptive concepts that generate new opportunities for brand growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products are brought to market on time and within budget.
- Ensure all programs have development briefs, master fact sheets, that the PD trackers are up-to-date, and ensure timelines are met.
- Work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
- Assess P&L and negotiate pricing with vendors on formula and packaging
- Proof and press check packaging artwork, manuals, and product descriptions for accuracy.
- Lead weekly product development meetings for all designated brands.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of solid product development experience in the North American consumer packaged goods industry
- Experience in skincare + beauty tools is strongly preferred
- Demonstrates creative problem solving, organizational skills, excellent conceptual development skills and strong strategic, analytical thinking
- Experience working with R&D, Regulatory and Quality Assurance teams
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and be flexible
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Efficiency in NetSuite and WERCs is a plus, but not a requirement.
