We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Office of the CEO to drive key strategic initiatives related to our product management, research and development, and product marketing functions. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this high-visibility role will oversee the product lifecycle management process across the entire product portfolio from start to finish, managing and motivating cross-functional teams from product concept to product launch.

To be successful as a **Product Development Manager** you must have good working knowledge of the product lifecycle management (PLM) process, be able to identify and escalate risk, drive mitigation plans, and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch project manager - product lifecycle management must have good communication and decision-making skills with all levels of the organization.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects or work streams across various areas of the business to ensure the product lifecycle management process is followed and enforced on all product initiatives.
- Support multiple product management projects or work streams at a time from scoping and initiation through launch, serving as a Project Manager.
- Organizes project team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
- Identify, track, and manage risks and issues throughout the project working to define a path to resolution
- Track project progress and report project status to stakeholders utilizing project management best practices and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Project Manager - Product Lifecycle Management Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in software development management, software engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of PM Artifacts and Components of the Project Management Lifecycle
- Proven experience in project management.
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- 7 to 10 years of demonstrated experience of Project Management Methodology (PMBOK or similar)
- Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Being proactive to resolve issues
