Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries via email, phone, and web chat
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls, including customer satisfaction surveys
- Resolve issues with diligence and follow through until completion
- Provide top-tier service that enhances the customer experience
Hours of Operation
Our Call Centre operates 24/7, with most shifts falling between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
- Training period: 25–30 hours per week
- Post-training: 30–40 hours per week
- Flexible availability required for mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Work Location Policy
- Work may be completed outside of Canada, subject to specific stipulations.
- Certain locations are not approved for remote work.
- All international work must be disclosed in writing to HR and receive prior approval.
- VPNs are strictly prohibited at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English and French—written and spoken
Experience
- Minimum 3 year of customer service or call centre experience (required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)
- Completion of secondary school (required)
Technical Requirements
- Reliable Windows PC running Windows 11 (Mac computers not compatible)
- Minimum: 4GB RAM, dual-core processor, 10GB available hard drive space
- Stable internet: Non-wireless DSL or cable connection
- Wireless DSL (antenna-based) and satellite internet are not supported
- USB headset for VoIP
- Smartphone for dual authentication
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Honest, reliable, and open to flexible scheduling
- Successful completion of a criminal background check- two set process online and ID verification at Canada Post

Schedule & Availability
- Shift work including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Occasional weekend coverage as needed
