Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and web chat
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls, including customer satisfaction surveys
- Resolve issues with diligence and follow through until completion
- Provide top-tier service that enhances the customer experience
Hours of Operation
Our Call Centre operates 24/7, with most shifts falling between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM ET, seven days a week. We are looking for those who flexible open availability.
Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English and French—written and spoken
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of customer service or call centre experience (required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)
- Completion of secondary school (required)
Technical Requirements
- Reliable Windows PC running Windows 11
- Minimum: 4GB RAM, dual-core processor, and 10GB of available hard drive space
- Mac computers are not compatible
- Stable internet: Non-wireless DSL or cable connection
- Wireless DSL (e.g. antenna-based) and satellite internet are not supported
- USB headset for VoIP
- Smart Phone for dual authentication
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills in French and English—both verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Energetic self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Must be honest, reliable, and open to flexible scheduling
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
Schedule & Availability
- Shift work, including afternoon, and evening shifts
- Must be available on weekends
