About the Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Ecommerce and Marketplace Specialist to help maintain and grow our presence across Amazon and other third-party platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-focused, and motivated to grow this part of the business with clear reporting and strong understanding of logistics.

A Day in the Life

· Invoice daily E-commerce orders, returns and credits

· Monitor stock levels and track Amazon FBA inventory

· Prepare package and labeling for products per e-commerce specific requirements

· Inventory forecast reporting

· Reconcile transactions, shipments and manage discrepancy reports

· Prepare and review Amazon specific performance reports

· Manage and verify the inventory returns from Amazon

· Check E-commerce customer reviews

· Communicating with Amazon on any issues

· Performing any other duties as assigned by management

· Communicating with customers via telephone or e-mail

· Responding to general inquiries, resolving issues and inputting notes into internal database

· Attract potential customers by accurately answering product and service questions and making suggestions about other products and services that may be of interest

· Communicate with Territory Sales Managers on customer orders and inquiries, product availability and new account referrals

· Receive and inspect returns and process order refunds

· Process credit card transactions and completing invoicing tasks

· Troubleshooting product issues (including defective products and warranty issues)

· Updating and maintaining Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) database

· Track customer packages by liaising with appropriate courier company

Your Qualifications

· College diploma or equivalent

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel and Word

· Experience using web-based platforms

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central

· At least 2 years' experience in logistics preferred

· Proficiency in English required (bilingual in French an asset)

· Experience using Sage 50 Accounting an asset
