**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Come up with new strategies and ideas to drive product sales.
- Write product description for current and new products and upload photos.
- Update cross-references and new prices for listings.
- Manage inventory level and package product based on customer's request.
- Review reports to determine availability of stock to update or pause listings.
- Manage technical component of listings and ensure 100% uptime.
- Monitor negative reviews and make all possible efforts to increase product star ratings.
- Keep up-to-date with seller trends and mechanics.
- Report on performance and provide plan of execution during regular meeting with executives.
- Resolve all marketplace related issues and form relationship with the Marketplace Account Managers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Post-secondary or equivalent education in business, office administration, information technology, or marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytic platforms an asset.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have a working knowledge in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an asset.
- Must have a strong ability to analyze and interpret data and make decisions based on the results.
- Must be fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills to complete job duties.

**SKILLS**:

- Cantonese and Mandarin language would be an asset
