**Job Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Receiving and Shipping Associate** to support our Shipping Department Manager. This role focuses on light warehouse and shipping tasks, such as verifying shipments, updating inventory, and preparing orders for delivery. **No heavy lifting is required**, making it suitable for anyone. While some duties take place in the warehouse, certain tasks can be done remotely, offering flexibility in how the work is completed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with receiving and verifying incoming shipments.
- Support the Shipping Manager with light order picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse system.
- Perform cycle counts and basic inventory checks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area when on-site.
- Handle some administrative shipping tasks that can be completed off-site.

**Qualifications**
- Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment is a plus.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for tracking and updates.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude.
