Advantage Box is looking for an enthusiastic for a **Business-to-Business Customer Care Associate **to join its growing team We’re looking for someone who has a great attitude, is a team player, and wants to work for a company that shows appreciation for hard work and rewards great results.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:

- Title: Business Customer Care Associate (Business-to-Business)
- Employment: Full-time
- Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Location: 2080 Van Dyke Place, Richmond, BC
- Starting salary: $28/hour

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Entering customer orders into the company’s computer system
- Assisting customers with order progress and order tracking
- Helping to answer customer questions regarding the company’s products
- Being a customer liaison for other departments within the company
- Taking notes of customer feedback and directing to the appropriate department

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- **Previous experience in a business-to-business customer service role a must.**:

- **Experience using e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, is ideal.**:

- A professional and friendly phone manner
- A great attitude and a team player
- Knowledge of the moving, restoration, or self-storage industry a plus
- A university degree a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English a must

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- business-to-business customer service: 1 year (required)
- e-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
