What you'll do

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through warm calling and follow-ups.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing, with a focus on promotional sales preferred.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in outside sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
