Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative – Education Consultancy (Commission-Only) Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (High Earnings Potential) About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing education consultancy team. Your role will be to reach out to potential students, introduce diploma and certificate programs that qualify for financial aid (OSAP)/BJO, and help them enrol. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students. Present program options and explain financial Aid. Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain lead records and track conversions. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. What We Offer: Training and scripts provided. Work from home flexibility.
