Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant. The role is based in Coquitlam, BC, and involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Key responsibilities include managing phone communications, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, organizing office supplies, and assisting executives with administrative tasks. The role also includes ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination within the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Expertise in Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and scheduling
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work efficiently, and demonstrate attention to detail
- Proficient with office software and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in administration is a plus
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is an asset
