About the Role:
We are hiring a
Scale Attendant
for one of our prime clients to manage truck scaling, ticketing, and coordination at active work sites. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, ensuring on-time deliveries, and supporting a strong culture of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weigh and ticket trucks accurately.
- Track material and dump loads; process COD transactions.
- Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain logs, reconcile sales, and assist with office tasks.
- Promote and uphold safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in construction, scaling, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or similar tools.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
