About the Role:

We are hiring a
Scale Attendant
for one of our prime clients to manage truck scaling, ticketing, and coordination at active work sites. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, ensuring on-time deliveries, and supporting a strong culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weigh and ticket trucks accurately.
  • Track material and dump loads; process COD transactions.
  • Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain logs, reconcile sales, and assist with office tasks.
  • Promote and uphold safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in construction, scaling, or logistics preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or similar tools.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
