Responsibilities:
- Auditing and reconciling customer/vendor files
- Handling internal/external stakeholder inquiries
- Store Support: provide guidance and assistance to each store locations regards to auditing files
- General administrative duties
- Accounts Receivable clerk duties
- Other duties and projects assigned by the Director of Finance
Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of office administrative work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to coordinate and prioritize amongst multiple assignment and tasks
- Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of ICBC systems and private insurances is an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction to plan

- Prior experience working in an automotive or auto body environment is an asset
