Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Campus Manager, located in Vancouver, BC. The Campus Manager will oversee campus operations while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for staff, students, and visitors. Responsibilities include managing educational and training programs, coordinating campus schedules, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting faculty and student needs. The role also involves leading campus events, ensuring the smooth implementation of policies, and maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication, Customer Service, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, students, and external partners
  • Experience in Campus Management and overseeing the daily operations of educational or institutional facilities
  • Background in Education, Training, or program development to support learning initiatives and academic processes
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and relevant software applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in team leadership or previous campus or program management experience is an asset
