Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. The Campus Manager will oversee day-to-day campus operations, ensuring a supportive and productive environment for all students and staff. Responsibilities include managing campus facilities, ensuring adherence to policies, enhancing the student experience, and serving as the primary point of contact for any campus-related concerns. The Campus Manager will coordinate with staff to provide excellent service, facilitate training sessions, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Education and Training sectors
  • Leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive environment for students and staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with boarding school management is considered an asset
