About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance & Campus Manager with proven experience in both regulatory compliance and campus/education operations. This role is responsible for ensuring full regulatory adherence, maintaining audit readiness, and delivering an exceptional operational and student experience across the campus.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Operations Leadership

  • Oversee daily campus operations, including scheduling, attendance, faculty coordination, and student services.
  • Manage escalations, maintain service SLAs, and ensure a smooth student and staff experience.
  • Oversee safety standards, facility management, and visitor protocols.

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Governance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with PTIB and institutional regulations.
  • Maintain audit-ready policies, SOPs, records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Lead regulatory submissions, renewals, inspections, and corrective action processes.

Practicum & Placement Management

  • Oversee student practicum/internship requirements and maintain industry partnerships.
  • Ensure placements meet academic, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Track attendance, performance, and placement outcomes.

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Supervise campus staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and team alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Academics, Finance, Compliance, and external auditors.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit weekly and monthly operational and compliance reports.
  • Maintain accurate, version-controlled documentation across all processes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process, compliance, and operational improvements.
  • Conduct staff training on SOPs, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in BOTH
  • Regulatory/educational compliance
  • Campus/education operations management
  • Strong working knowledge of PTIB or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience supervising teams and managing cross-department operations.
  • Strong documentation, audit preparation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in post-secondary institutions or regulated educational environments.
  • Experience with practicum, internship, or academic coordination.

  • 100% compliance and on-time submissions
  • Audit-ready documentation at all times
  • 95%+ schedule adherence; 90%+ escalation resolution within 48 hours
  • 85–90% student satisfaction
  • Accurate and timely reporting
