Evergreen Adventures – Vancouver, BC

Evergreen Adventures, a dynamic and growing tour company located in the heart of Vancouver, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant | Receptionist to join our team. Position Details

Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Location: Vancouver, BC

Start Date: January 15, 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify final travel itineraries to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate tour guides and schedules for confirmed bookings.
  • Manage reservations, prepare vouchers, and organize documents for attractions, transportation, and hotel accommodations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Coordinator.
  • Assist with Invoicing
  • Monthly Credit Card reconciliation
  • Assist with general internal administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Vancouver, Victoria, Squamish, and Whistler, including key tourist attractions and local highlights.
  • Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Educational background in Tourism Management or a related field is an asset.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for travel and creating exceptional experiences for guests.
  • Candidates must hold Canadian permanent residency or a valid work permit.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who speak Spanish.
