Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests — setting the tone for their entire stay. Your role is to provide a welcoming, efficient, and attentive experience at all times. From check-in to check-out, you'll ensure guests feel valued, cared for, and well-informed about everything our resort has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Provide accurate information about resort facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage luggage assistance and arrange transportation when required.
  • Maintain the lobby and reception area in a neat, welcoming manner.
  • Uphold CEM Resorts' standards of service and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (front desk or concierge experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, patient, and professional attitude under all circumstances.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
