Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Resort Receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, answering inquiries, and providing information about resort amenities and local attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office is preferred.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
