Front Desk Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

As a Front Desk team member, you'll be the first line of contact for Park's members. You will provide superior customer service and provide support to our clients regarding class selections, membership queries, and merchandise purchases. When meeting and greeting our customers, you will be charismatic and energetic, ensuring our customers feel welcomed into the Park's community. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, thrive in a team-oriented environment and have a passion for creating unique, exciting, curated experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Always deliver the highest quality first-class customer service
  • Greet, assist, and check in customers
  • Respond to customer questions at the studio and via email.
  • Handle the studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments, and maintain the client base
  • Guide customers with regards to the latest studio promotions, memberships and/or special events custom to each customer's needs
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
  • Handle client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner, followed by communication of all customer issues and resolution to management
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure that the studio is up to Park's standards of cleanliness and appearance at all times
  • Ensure bike issues are recorded and addressed
  • Have flexibility with schedule, having the ability to work weekends, holidays, morning and night shifts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury brand retail, and or health & fitness required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Passionate about fitness and training
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction
  • Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job
  • Must be a patient, courteous listener, able to show empathy
  • Responding to customer requests with a can-do attitude
  • Cooperative manner with an optimistic attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Have an eye for detail and care for the studio's appearance and cleanliness
  • Work as a cohesive team with all Park's team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

COMPENSATION

  • Base pay: $18 per hour with opportunities for Performance Bonuses
