Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage stock levels, coordinate with production and sales teams, and ensure product standards are consistently met.

This role requires strong inventory management, logistics planning, and data reporting skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production and sales requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and report detailed product and stock information.
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams to align stock with operational needs.
  • Support production planning and strategy to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage logistics, shipment schedules, and inventory documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on product availability, movement, and forecasting.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inventory management, merchandising, or production coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous merchandising experience in manufacturing is a strong asset.
