Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Canadian and U.S. home textile markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the textile sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Manage accounts effectively to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Visit clients regularly to promote products and explore business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, ideally within the home textile, or interior décor industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. as required.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
