Our Mississauga production facility is proud to manufacture captive, private and house brands for the leading retailers in North America and Europe.

**Key-Account Assistant Responsibilities**:
Working closely with an Account Director handling day-to-day, task-oriented activities for assigned accounts, including:

- Organizing and attending client meetings and conference calls, taking and circulating detailed minutes
- Creating, maintaining and/or evaluating program information including digital assets, costing and material worksheets, sales and open order/delivery reports
- Coordinating the workflow of projects with development and production teams
- Communicating daily and weekly updates on assigned projects; identifying potential conflicts, issues, and delays
- Undertaking secondary research in order to gain insight into current client situations including their competitive environment, industry trends, as well as program impacts and results
- Other tasks as necessary

**Ecommerce Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, monitor & maintain third party eCommerce sites.
- Support product launches on third party eCommerce Sites including content, imagery, pricing, etc.
- Manage both regular and ad hoc performance reporting.

**Skills and Experience**:
Microsoft Office suite, Time management, written communication, Data Analysis, Critical Thinking, Teamwork, account management, Details Oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
