Account Manager – Home Textiles Location: Mississauga Ontario
Job Type: Full-time
We are a leading provider of high-quality home textiles committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers, and we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in home textiles and excellent communication and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the home textiles industry.
Executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Provide product recommendations and solutions tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inventory using CRM and other software tools.
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
Experience: Minimum three years of experience in account management within the home textiles industry.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
