Job Description:
The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated and who has exceptional organizational and customer service skills. In this role, you will be providing essential support to the financial planner, ensuring effectiveness in daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
· First point of contact for clients
· Answering phone calls and responding to emails
· Preparing investment and insurance forms
· Processing transactions
· Opening and maintaining client files
· Providing day-to-day administrative support
· Servicing clients with professionalism, efficiency and upholding confidentiality
Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
· Fully bilingual (English and French), with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Professional attitude and reliability
· Proficiency with technology (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, DocuSign, etc.)
· Minimum college diploma
· Previous experience in the financial planning industry or a similar role is considered a definite asset.
