**Bilingual Contract Adjustment Administrator**

- If that sounds like you, come join our Canon team as a Bilingual Contract Adjustments Administrator reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our contracts are accurate and up to date. You’ll audit and process contract modifications, handle cancellation requests, and update our internal service database. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with data, this role is for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and make changes to existing contracts in the service database.
- Process cancellations of maintenance agreements based on customer requests.
- Produce necessary billing/credit adjustments.
- Validate requests from Customer Care, Customer Relations, Credit Departments, and directly from customers.
- Maintain and prepare renewals and annual contracts.
- Review & audit dealer invoices in internal systems and process payments in Oracle.
**To Succeed, You Will Need**:
- Fluent reading and writing in French is required; verbal French communication is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in contract administration is required.
- Intermediate analytical skills required to review requests and meet process guidelines.
- Intermediate process management skills required to follow and use processes to make decisions.
- Intermediate time management/multi-tasking skills required to balance multiple requests simultaneously.
- Basic computer and technical skills in Excel data entry
