Position Overview:

Guardium Logistics Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager - Logistics to drive our growth initiatives and further strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue goals within the logistics and supply chain sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and prospective customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver logistics solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports, including sales forecasts, progress updates, and performance analysis, to senior management.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Guardium Logistics Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities
